Beauty care....?

I am currently using a corrective eye care cream, i am confused though on the how to use instructions it says to "use daily morning and evening just before the essence"....what does it mean by "just before the essence" ?

i think before going to bed? or

before going to sleep maybe...

just use that every morning or

before you're beauty rest
