What is the best and most affordable company for health coverage for young couple in California?

My company pays 100% of my health coverage but not my wife's. Thus, we are starting to look for best health coverage for us both and my company will reimburse us for the amount they pay for me now. We are both 28 years old and healthy. We will be trying to have a baby soon so this is greatest concern.

What company is best? Blue Cross? Health Net (which is what I have now)? How much does coverage cost for both of us?
