Sea Salt Foot & Body Bath:
This luxurious, soothing bath can be used as a foot soak or as an all over bath for the body â" restoring the feet and body to a calm and balanced state. Ready in under a minute, it is suitable for all skin types.
Foot Soak:
· Mix 1/4 cup of sea salt to a bowl or pedicure style basin filled with hot water
A choice of essential oils can be added as well. Below are some of Kimberly's suggestions:
· LAVENDER
Lavender is Kimberly's first choice for the foot soak, especially for those suffering from athlete's foot or similar foot conditions. Lavender is also a great antiseptic and purifier. Add 10-15 drops of Lavender Oil to enjoy its relaxing aroma.
· LEMON
Has a wonderful cleansing and refreshing aroma, allows the feet and body to deep cleanse and renew.
· NEROLI
This is a wonderful treatment oil for dry cracked skin â" it is extremely restorative and calming!
· TANGERINE
A fantastic aromatic oil that calms and soothes the nervous system.
Body Bath:
For the full body bath, this same soak can be created in your tub. Simply triple the ingredients!
Hope this helps!
