How can I use oatmeal as a face mask (and other beauty questions)?

What type of oatmeal should I use and should I use it with any other ingredients? For how long should I keep it on my face?

And for dark circles under my eyes? I get plenty of sleep yet I still have noticeable circles. Any homemade remedies for that? One again, what should I use and for how long?

And what can I use for making my hair shiny? Thank you!

circles under you eye -

caused by : broken capillaries as well as long term allergies side effect which gives under eye a brownish tint.

treatment: There is a new roll on caffeine stick from Garnier. Home remedies don't seem to work.

cover up :

1) do not apply any concealer over the area, it draws more attention rather than cover.

2) Use loose powder and a white eye liner inside your bottom lash line. this has the effect of making your eyes pop and and taking attention away from under your eye

3) Use only good quality liner pencils and mascara. As the day goes by the less expensive products tend to "shed" or "breakdown". When this happens the area below your eye is where it settles leaving the area even darker.

application:

1) Before applying any eye makeup dab on loose face powder

a) lightly over eye lid and then dust under your eye. (one shade lighter than face and think clown face amount)

2)apply all eye make up. Once full eye is completed and dry use a fan brush to whisk away excess powder.

3) This kind of application will give you perfect eyes all day without dark circles.

Hair: Wash hair in warm water. Use a gentle clean shampoo and apply conditioner only from ear to ear and down. (Your scalp has natural oils to condition that top of ears area.) When ready to rinse out condition apply cold water. The coldest you can stand it to rinse your hair. This will make each individual hair shaft smooth and your hair will be super shiny.
