Me being a girl and answer this you make think im a lesbian but im not. I see it like this. Its not what is on the out side. Its whats on the inside. You can be very pretty but have a very ugly personality (and it makes you ugly) Or you can be okay looking and have a Beautiful personality. I think looks is just an extra bonus for someone. So i would rather have beauty on the inner self!

Everyone wants beautiful children. But not everyone is going to get beautiful children, even if you married a beautiful person because they could be born with a birth defect or other things. So I would prefer a beautiful personality. I have dated a guy who was cute but he felt he wasn't attractive yet he was very cocky! The cockyness was a total turn off so I'd rather fall in love with a great personality than a person who is full of themselves.

if you think about it, when someone has a horrible personality, and is beautiful, it makes them appear less attractive. When you have a nice personality it really works out way better, and i'd rather know someone with a great personality than just good looks.
And if someones beautiful and has a good personality? Score!

In my case, i have to be attracted to a guy, but that does not mean to say he is good looking.. just the fact there is an attratraction.

Hmm. I think my personality, I would prefer someone who is beautiful because I think I can get along with just about anybody. But inner self is what gives you joy and longevity.
So I'd go with inner beauty... and hope he's a catch :)
I think inner beauty shows out ward in people that truly posses it. Usually I am attracted first to exterior features, then discover what is inside. Sometimes after being just friends I have discovered that there is indeed an attraction to personality, and I must admit at first I thought that I was forgoing looks, but I was wrong. that's a tough question... beautiful people are more successful, have higher salaries, are liked more by people, are happier, and smarter. Beauty of the inner self is nice too... but if I were to wish anything for my future children... it would be that they looked beautiful... it would lead to the higher likelihood of a happy life.
I don't think you're happy if you look good but you don¨t feel good about yourself inside. "The body is the shell of the soul." The body won't last forever, but the soul and personality will...
I believe that if you love yourself, you'll take care of yourself and look the best you can.

People would please you when your just your self and, is very pretty in your heart and soul. It would attract some guys.
But I agree, maybe, you should atleast make the best of your self. And you'll be like..."PERFECT!"

Beauty fades, but personality always stays. Of course we'd like both though.
