Like just take some sand home in a bucket rub in on your skin for a bit and then wash it off in the shower.
Thanks!
Sugar works well for me.
There's quite a few kiosks in the mall that sell "sand of the dead sea" products. The concept is to use salt, sand and aloe vera together which would cause a friction bewteen your dead skin and the layer underneath to rub away and make your skin healthy. Ive researched it and after using the product for 30 days, your skin will be smoother and cleanier. However, I recommend and using a fragrant lotion with aloe vera in it cause the combination does leave your skin smelling unpleasant.
yeah its a good way to scrub those bumpiness son your skin. fro extra softness add a little bit of honey and massage it into your skin or face. rinse it off with a good hot shower. promise it'll make your skin soft like a babies bottom
It would be a little rough as an exfoliant...and dirty in the shower.
If you want to use it on your face, I'd recommend mixing 1 part sand with 3 parts facial moisturizer and maybe a little water since the sand will thicken it, then rub it on your face in small, gentle circular motions to get off the dead skin and moisturize as well. The honey idea was good too, but I think it would leave your face a gooey mess.
I wouldn't use fragranced lotion, becuase it may irritate your skin and cause a rash, bumps, or itchiness. Just do it close to bedtime so your skin has a chance to repair itself.
You can probably do the same with body lotion for your knees, elbows, feet, etc. but leave out the water, and remember unscented.
not these days most of it has too many toxins unless you go to the middle of the arctic ocean and get it from a few fathoms down
