i recently got the slice of heaven beauty rush but i dont understand what it is

lmao i know its perfume but why does it look so different and why doesnt it stickk

i didn;t know when i got some so the lady told me u can kinda use it as moisturizer or body oil cuz the one part is oil n the other part is perfume so just make sure u shake it before u put it on r else ur just spraying mostely oil on ur self
